Marketing Manager (Marketing/Growth/Community for VR Multiplayer Games)

You are a talented Marketing Manager looking to build the next generation of online, VR multiplayer games. You will define a new approach to growing an engaged game community by combining quantitative marketing and brand techniques.  Most marketers usually veer towards “more analytical” or “more qualitative”.  But if you enjoy both thinking in data and producing creative content, this full-stack marketing role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute (from scratch) a go-to-market strategy that takes advantage of all viable channels to drive product and player growth
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to establish positioning and key messages that perfectly resonate with our players
  • Create engaging content, including (but not not limited to): blogs, videos, social posts, and live streams
  • Come up with new techniques/channels to organically grow a passionate community from our existing player-base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners (platforms, players, influencers, etc) to launch ongoing live-ops events and content drops
  • Analyze player data (retention/monetization) to create actionable marketing and product insights

Senior Software Engineer (VR Full Stack)

You are a talented Full Stack Software Engineer looking to build the next generation of VR games. You have multiple years of experience with the Unity Editor (or other 3D game engines like Unreal) and familiar with multiplayer engineering design patterns.

You are a talented Full Stack Software Engineer looking to build the next generation of VR games. You have multiple years of experience with the Unity Editor (or other 3D game engines like Unreal) and knowledge of content management systems and pipelines. You will build scalable, well tested software designed to empower our creative teams who are responsible for authoring and distributing content for POPULATION: ONE’s online game modes and features.

Live Service Server Engineer

You are a talented Server Software Engineer looking to build the next generation of games for Oculus Quest, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive. You have multiple years of experience running web services in production and have working knowledge of server-based multi-user game engineering design.

Graphics Engineer
