Ending POPULATION: ONE Quest 1 Support

Seattle, July 26, 2022 — We are building BIG POP1 experiences that will push the boundaries of multiplayer VR. In order to focus our efforts on next-gen features and tech, we’re ending Quest 1 support on October 31, 2022. On Oct 31, Quest 1 players will no longer be able to load or play POPULATION: ONE.

Account progress, IAP, and crossplay are still available on supported devices, including Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 2 with Link/Airlink, Meta Quest 1 with Link/Airlink, Oculus Rift S, and Oculus Rift. This includes purchases, skins, and EVERYTHING associated with your account.

Quest 1 customers are eligible for a base game refund if they contact Customer Support within 6 months of purchase of POPULATION: ONE on the Meta Quest Store (https://store.facebook.com/help/quest/). Please note: People who also own a Quest 2 headset are not eligible for a refund.
